Biography
Benjamin Bennett was born on 23 September 1790 in Maryland.1 He was born in 1791 in Maryland. He and Elizabeth Howard were married before 1820. He died New Chapel Cemetery on 20 July 1866 at age ~75 in Clark County, Indiana.1

To the two heirs of my daughter Sarah Whiteman, namely William and Albert, Benjamin Franklin Whiteman, $200 each when they shall come at the age of 21 years -- if both should die before 21 yrs the $400 should go back to my family
The balance of my estate personal and real, except one acre and $300 hereinafter mentioned to be divided equally share and share alike between __ heirs except ___ Albert Bennett, the share that would be coming to him if equally divided I wish and direct to be applied or ____ the benefit or support of my son Baker as long as he _____
I also direct the share coming to the heirs of my son John Bennett namely Edgar ____ and ____ shall be paid to them when ____ come at the age of 21 years. I direct ____ to my daughter in law Nancy Bennett ______ shall have the benefit of the house and one acre of ground ____ with the $300 above mentioned to be paid $100 annually if she marries then at the ___ me longer under her ____, but shall be sold ____ of which it is __ part and the mney above named, and the proceeds of the land be paid to the above named children, Edgar James and John Bennett, when they shall come at the age of 21 yrs.
Likewise I make constitute and appoint Thomas J. McComick to be executor of this my ast will and testament, hereby revoking all former ... 30th day of August 1865.
