Ordered that Jeremiah Sailer Rhoda Brown and John James afterbeing sworn do appraise into current money the personal estate of Jesse Huff deceased and send the return according to statute.

On motion of Henry Brugh ordered that Abraham Huff be appointed guardian of the personal estate of Rachel Huff thirteen years of age Rhoda Huff six years old Ruth Huff eleven years David Huff eight years of age Francis Huff four years old and Rebecca Huff ten months heirs and legal representatives of Jesse Huff deceased who entered into bnd with James Richardson and Benjamin Daniels security in the sum of $2000.
