I John Ross Miller fo the Town of Wayne County of lafayette..
First to my wife Mary Ann Miller and Daughter Mary Ophelia Miller the entire use and content of the following land the E 1/2 of SW1/4 T1N of Range 5 E containing 80ac in the state of Wisconsin as long as the sd Mary Ann Miller may live and in case the said Mary Ann Miller dies before the said Mary Ophelia Miller is 18 yrs of age the use of the above described property is to go for her maintainance until she is 18 yrs of agen and then the sd land shall be sold and equally divided between my children as follows:
Hamilton C. Miller, Charles T. Miller, William M. Miller, Elizabeth E. Brotherton, Susan M. Smith, Mary O. Miller to them and their heirs
Second to my wife Mary Ann Miller the Singer Sewing machine and Family Record so long as she shall live adn then to my daughter Mary O. Miller forever.
Third to my wife Mary Ann Miller the following land the SE1/r NW1/4 Sec19T1N of R5E Lafayette county, Wi to have and to hold
Fourthly to my wife Mary Ann Miller all my personal property
Fifth my wife Mary Ann Miller is to pay all debts and dues against said property and also my funeral expenses
